TRADITIONAL VENETIAN MARBLING
Classically trained by a master Venetian marble artist in the UK, Studio Selah is one of only a handful of Venetian marbling artists working in Australia.
Working with traditional crushed marble and slaked lime plaster, the exquisite beauty of this ancient finish elevates any wall into a work of art and creates a statement piece in any setting.

Studio Selah is an artisanal carpentry, joinery and fine furniture business located on Gadigal Land in the vibrant heart of Marrickville in Sydney’s inner west.
With a mindful and considered approach to our works and to the environment, we draw a lot of inspiration from the word “Selah”. An ancient word of Aramaic origin that can be translated to mean: to take a moment; to pause; to reflect; to appreciate; and to acknowledge.
We would like to take this moment to deeply acknowledge and pay our respect to the land and to the traditional custodians of the lands where we work and walk - the Yugambeh region of South East Queensland, including the Kombumerri, Mununjali, and Wangerriburra, as well as the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Eora Nation . We also acknowledge and respect all Country throughout Australia and all Elders past, present and emerging.
